PRICES

UK DOMESTIC

If you are accessing this site, or choose delivery to a UK address, the item prices shown will include UK VAT as appropriate.

INTERNATIONAL

If you are accessing this site from outside of the UK, or choose delivery to an address outside of the UK, the item prices shown EXCLUDE UK VAT where appropriate. We do not collect taxes or duties on behalf of Governments outside of the UK. You may be subject to taxes and duties when items arrive in the destination country, it is the customers responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the specific rules in place. 

There are certain countries to which we do not currently ship. This is a changing list driven by geopolitical, legal and commercial factors.

 

SHIPPING

All shipments, both UK domestic and International, are sent using Royal Mail services.

UK DOMESTIC

Shipments are sent using Royal Mail. Orders to UK addresses with a goods value exceeding £250 will not attract a shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL

The prices for international shipping are determined by the weight and size of the parcel, and the value of the contents. The prices also vary depending on the destination country. The shipping price for all International orders is calculated at checkout once you have entered your address.

For International orders which we anticipate will exceed 2kg in weight, please contact us for a shipping quote as parcels above 2kg can be very expensive to ship, and we need to check the market at the time to see what options are available for your specifics requirements.
