COSMETIC CONDITION: The condition of the items here is generally good to very good. There are some missing, and a couple of damaged parts. The images show what is included. Of note, one end of the building is missing, as is the clock face and some of the glazing, windows and doors. There appear to be a couple of platform pieces missing, and one has a crack down the length of it. Some of the bolts etc are also missing. Please review the photographs carefully.

BOXED: Yes, rather worn, the tray is in reasonable condition, but the lid is very worn, and two of the ends have detached completely.
