COSMETIC CONDITION: New. This versatile building would contain a boiler to provide steam either for a pump raising water or to generate electricity for a small factory. Sometimes a short siding was provided alongside for coal deliveries. Kit includes the main building, brick chimney, water tank and outbuilding. Supplied with some pre-coloured parts, painting and/or weathering can add realism; glue is required to complete this model. Footprint 95mm x 65mm.
