Two-storey brick building with a gable roof on a stone base houses the business of the plumber and heating engineer Röhrig. The balanced composition of the facade is ensured by the structure of pilasters and cornices, brick arch lintels and a block frieze under the eaves. A large-format advertisement created using digital printing on the gable side as well as colored stones that form a diamond pattern in the brickwork contribute to the recognition value of the model. This building kit contains: 262 single parts in 8 colors, window foil, 1 paper mask and 1 construction instruction.
