WORKING ORDER: No. The vehicle has been tested by attaching the charger to the vehicle, and switching on. The motor and wheels turn only with power directly to the motor. The battery inside the vehicle is the original from the time of manufacture, and will show signs of corrosion due to the passage of time, it is not holding a charge and needs replacing before the vehicle can be used. 

COSMETIC CONDITION: Some damage to the streamlining detail at the rear of the cab, please note comments about the battery above.
