WORKING ORDER: No. The vehicle has been tested by attaching the charger to the vehicle, and switching on. Unresponsive. The battery shows signs of corrosion and will need replacing. The motor did not respond with power to it. One wheel missing.
COSMETIC CONDITION: Excellent, but please note comments above. Unclear if the moped is original or attached later.
